AI Forum@UTCN is a casual, lively event designed to bring together researchers from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and innovative companies from the region! This is not a formal conference; it is a networking session aimed at sparking conversations, sharing ideas, and establishing common ground in our AI community. Whether you’re developing the latest tech, looking for solutions to real-world problems, or just curious about what’s happening in AI, this is the perfect chance to make connections. Enjoy some great company, meet new people, learn a bit about each other’s work, and see where our paths can intersect.

AI Forum@UTCN aims to start partnerships based on the AI knowledge and resources that Cluj-Napoca harbours in its academia and business sectors. We will enable this via short, impactful presentations from both researchers and companies.

AI Forum@UTCN is open to all researchers from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, and to all companies (small, medium, large) from the region that already develop or are interested in developing AI-based solutions. UTCN researchers can then get to know what their colleagues are doing, while companies may find potential product ideas.

AI Forum@UTCN encourages formal and informal interaction between the attendants with plenty of time to get to know each other. We will also briefly describe the entire AI ecosystem that UTCN is developing, such as the new Institute for Research in Artificial Intelligence and the UniTech foundation.
